Agreement

By creating an account or using Homeroom, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Homeroom

Homeroom is intended for adults (parents, guardians, and educators) who create their own account to plan lessons and record what they've covered with the kids/students in their care. You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to create an account.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the kids, subjects, plans, and log entries you create in Homeroom. We store it on your behalf so the app can function — we don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for anything other than providing the app to you.

You're responsible for what you enter. Please don't use Homeroom to store or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Availability

We do our best to keep Homeroom reliable, but it's provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we recommend exporting your data periodically from Settings.

Termination

You may stop using Homeroom and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Homeroom is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
